What is this technically — do I need to understand what “MCP” is?
No. MCP is the open standard AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT use to talk to external services — developed by Anthropic, supported by OpenAI, Google and Microsoft. You don’t need to know any of it. That’s our job.
Do I need my own software, an API or an IT department?
No. That’s exactly what sets us apart from the developer tools on the market: orders arrive as structured emails, or via API if you prefer. If you can read email, you’re technically ready.
How many orders will this bring?
The channel is young. Today it’s early adopters ordering there — in our own energy-certificate service that means estate agents, property managers and tech-savvy owners. Volume grows month by month as AI assistants become part of everyday life. Businesses that get listed now build visibility, ratings and experience before the competition wakes up. What does requestable cost me if nothing gets booked?

Can the 10% go up later?
For founding members: no, guaranteed for life. Once a category’s quota is full, new providers join at 12%.
Will the free part become paid at some point?
No. What is free today stays free. Everything paid — commission, Premium, launch package, Concierge — is defined from day one and only becomes relevant when you earn.
What’s the difference between the launch package and Concierge?
Launch package: you enter, we refine — your own app, ranking optimization, verified badge. Concierge: we do everything, from the copy to your activation on the Bookable tier.
What does the commission apply to?
Only to bookings and orders that verifiably come through ChatGPT or Claude via requestable. Orders that reach you by phone, through your website or from existing customers cost nothing.
What happens when a customer orders through the AI?
The assistant collects every required detail you defined, quotes your price and gets the customer’s explicit confirmation. Only then does the order go to you. You stay in full control: accepting and fulfilling happens on your side, as always.
Will I appear in ChatGPT and Claude immediately?
The setup takes 48 hours. After that we submit your connector to the official directories; the platform review typically takes a few days to a few weeks. While the review is pending, your existing customers can use the connector right away via a direct link — we provide the instructions.
